RPV is a muscle fitness class focused on strengthening the middle and lower body, where the musculature of the legs, buttocks and middle body is effectively modified using your own body weight and various additional weights. After the initial warm-up, the class consists of three sections, the first of which focuses on large leg-buttock movements, the second section on isolating leg-buttock movements, and the third on the middle body. The class is also suitable for beginners, but please note that the class is medium in intensity.
