Ultimate

Ultimate is a team game played with a frisbee. During the training session we will practice passing and various game situations, as well as play. Even if you are not yet familiar with the game, it doesn't matter! The session is organised in cooperation with Disquitos, so there is always an instructor present to guide you.

Ultimate is played on ONK 7-9 artificial grass in summertime from mid-May to the end of September on Mondays at 19.30-21. Put on your sneakers and let's go! At the start of the season, we’re offering a beginners' course that begins on May 18 and runs for three sessions. The course covers the basics of the sport and you’re welcome to join even without prior experience—whether you’d like to attend the entire course or just try out a single session—no registration required.

After the course, sessions continue as usual, and you can join at any time during the summer. Other Disquitos training sessions are open to UniMove members and club members.
