At the testing event, you’ll be able to measure the following areas:
Aerobic fitness
The Polar fitness test assesses your aerobic fitness at rest. It’s a simple, five-minute fitness assessment that provides an estimate of your maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max).
Shoulder mobility
The shoulder mobility test assesses the position, posture, and functional mobility of the neck and shoulder area.
Balance
The one-leg stand is a test that assesses balance control for 60 seconds. Balance is an important part of physical fitness and performance.
Leg power
The jump test on a force plate measures the explosive power and elasticity of the legs. The test is performed by standing upright with hands on hips, performing a quick squat (approx. 90 degrees), and jumping as high as possible. The force plate measures the height of the jump.
Grip strength
This test uses a grip strength meter to measure hand grip strength, which is generally a good indicator of overall muscle strength.
Fatigue symptom questionnaire
An electronic self-assessment questionnaire allows you to evaluate the balance between exertion and recovery.
You can compare your measurement results with reference values, and you can also receive feedback on your results. We also record the measurement results for the event’s overall summary; these results are recorded without any identifying information.
If you would like additional guidance on improving your physical performance and well-being, you can make an appointment for physical activity counseling.
