News
The course will run from 31.10.-28.11.2024. You can participate even if you are not a UniMove member. Members receive a discount on the course fee.
Measurements are organised at 8-13.30 in Poiju-hall of Oamk.
The workshops focus on developing the mobility of different parts of the body and strengthening the muscles.
