Linnanmaa Sports Centre field bookings

As a UniMove member, you can reserve a court in the sports hall to play badminton or pickleball during periods free from teaching on weekdays between 8am and 4pm. Bookings are made through the calendar on this page. The following week's free times will be available for booking on Fridays. The duration of the reservation can be 30, 60 or 90 minutes. You can only make one booking for the same day. All persons arriving for a shift must show their UniMove membership (the first page of app) at the lobby service desk. If your playing buddy does not have a UniMove membership, he/she will pay the City of Oulu's normal price for a visit.

UniMove’s rackets and balls can be found in the locker 10 in the changing room corridor. The key to the locker can be found in the key box at the door, which you can open by entering code 5926. Always keep the key in the box, do not take it with you. Always lock the box by setting the code to 0000. The posts and nets can be found in the equipment storages (in the changing room corridor or inside the sports hall).

The sports hall is divided into three sections. Each section can accommodate three badminton courts. The courts are numbered 1-9 on the booking calendar.

1. Booking a field is only possible for UniMove members. HAKA-login from the top right corner of the page to see the calendar and book a field. NOTE! The calendar is only visible to members!
2. Select a suitable start time and booking duration (30 min, 60 min, or 90 min) from the calendar.
3. You will receive a confirmation of the booking via email.
​​​​​​​4. If you need to cancel a field booking, do it yourself in the "Bookings" section of the calendar. Cancellation must be made at least 60 minutes before the start of the booking.

If you are using the calendar on your phone or if the weekly view is enabled in the calendar, you need to select the field to be viewed from the dropdown menu.
