Coming Posture-workshop!

If you feel that you have bad posture or problems in the neck and shoulder area, this workshop is just for you. The class focuses on developing the mobility of the upper back area and the muscles that maintain the posture. Movements are performed with your own body weight, with a level suitable for everyone.

Studying stiffens, hip flexors always tight, hip pain when squatting? The mobility of the hip can be a problem in this case, and in this workshop the hip joint is lubricated with movement in different ways, each at their own level. ​​​​​​​

Does your lower back hurt, is stiff and feels like it's going to break? Low back pain is an unpleasant symptom that many people suffer from. But, the back is strong and movement is often medicine. This workshop focuses especially on moving and strengthening the lower back and restoring confidence in one's own back.
