Remote classes

We will organise remote classes on a trial basis in March and April.

The classes will be organised via Microsoft Teams as follows:

  • 12.3. at 11.30-12 Floor-level yoga flow for the back and neck/shoulder area
  • 19.3. at 11.30-12 Floor level yoga flow for the pelvic area
  • 26.3. at 11.30-12 FlowYoga standing, Vinyasa-style exercise, where we move in rhythm with our breath
  • 2.4. at 11.30-12 Floor Pilates exercise
  • 9.4. at 11.30-12 Pilates exercise while standing, on the theme of posture and lower body strength
  • 16.4.at 11.30-12 Pilates exercise, assisted by a Pilates ball or a suitable cushion

All you need are comfortable clothes and a gym or yoga mat. The instructor is Satu Kokko. The classes are mainly instructed in English. The classes are part of the OKM-funded Students on the Move -project and are also open to students and staff members who are not members of UniMove.

A recording of each lesson will be made and will be available for viewing for one week. Links to the recordings will also be posted on this page.
