Important reminder!

This autumn the problem has been that the calendar shows many shifts as fully booked and there is a queue, but only a fraction of those who have signed up turn up.

We therefore remind our members of this practice and urge everyone to follow the registration and cancellation guidelines.

Cancel your registration as soon as you know you cannot attend. Cancellations must be made at least one hour before the start of the class to ensure that those on the waiting list can join the class. If the registration and cancellation guidelines are not followed, we will reduce the registration period from one week to just a few days. In the worst case, we will have to charge extra for certain services in order to get participants to commit to showing up.

Please note that if a place has opened for you in the class, you will be notified by email and push-message in the app at least one hour before the start of the class. Please also remember to cancel your queue registration if you are unable to attend the class. If you are still on the queue, please do not go to class! You cannot queue on the spot to get into the class!
