Ultimate

Ultimate is a team game played with a frisbee. UniMove's ultimate shift is organised together with sports club Disquitos. Feel free to join us at any time for beginner shifts. A friendly team is always on hand to show you how to get started. Find out more about ultimate as a sport here.

Ultimate is played on grass in summer between May and September, and on indoor sports court in winter between October and April.
