Payment methods

Online payment
You can pay for the order with online banking credentials. Your order is entered into our system when you have paid for it in the online bank. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation in your email, from which you can print it if you wish.

Products are paid for when ordering. In the online store, you can pay with the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Aktia, POP-Pankki, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki and credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is made through Paytrail Oy's website.

Payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Online banks
​​​​​​​The payment and financing service related to online banking is implemented by Paytrail Oy (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oy buys the payment and accounts it to the merchant. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
