Instructions for break exercise

On campuses, you will find break exercise equipment boxes that are free to use. The box contains the following equipment:

  • Stick
  • Resistance band
  • Yoga mat
  • Jump rope
  • 2 foam rollers
  • 2 pairs of dumbbells (6 kg and 8 kg)
  • 2 kettlebells (6 kg and 12 kg)
  • Bosu ball
  • Fascia ball
  • Balance board
