Do you have questions about sports services? Do you want to suggest new courses or give ideas for developing sports services? Are you just looking for exercise tips on how to get started? Come and talk to sports coordinators at following times:

• on Tuesday 4.2. at 11.30-12.30 near main door C and Mara restaurant (Oamk)
• on Tuesday 11.2. at 11.30-12.30 Valentine's week's wheel of fortune near orange coat racks
• on Tuesday 25.2. at 11.30-12.30 green coat racks

InBody body composition measurements
We organise monthly InBody measurement days in Linnanmaa and two measurement days in Kontinkangas. The measurement is free of charge and only for UniMove members (proof of membership is required before the measurement, a free trial week is not sufficient). Read more about measurements and schedule

UniMove goes Ruskotunturi 19.3.2025
​​​​​​​Come and have fun on the slopes of Ruskotunturi, either on skis or on a snowboard! In the UniMove goes Ruskotunturi event, you can get to the slope at a low price. Free instruction on the basics of skiing and snowboarding is also available.​​​​​​​ More information coming...

Feel-good day 12.4.2025
Feel-good day consists of an energetic afro dance (45min), gentle restorative yoga (45 min), singing bowl relaxation (45 min) and deep relaxation. There will be short breaks between the sessions. The event is organised at 11-13.30 and the place is OAMK Linnanmaa, dance hall 1. More information coming.
