A body care class that strengthens the legs, buttocks and middle body, after which you will feel fit and strong. The exercises of this class have been inspired by the world of ballet, pilates and yoga and they are done next to the pole familiar from ballet and at floor level with body weight and using small equipment. There are no choreographies, jumps or cross-the-hall exercises in the barre class. The class is suitable for both active exercisers and beginners.
